Mrs. Mearaf Bedru is a licensed attorney in Ethiopia practicing in immigration, corporate investment, employment, trade mark and tax law. She has experience establishing and providing legal advice to both local and international companies, and represents individuals in Ethiopian courts of law.

Mearaf graduated from Mekelle University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Law (LLB). Prior to opening her own law office, she worked as an assistant attorney for Million Assefa's Law Office and as a legal advisor to the National Cement Share Company where she was responsible for industrial labor management and human resource structuring for over 2000+ employees.

Mearaf has provided Ethiopian labour law training for multinational companies such as Tiger Brands PLC and Soreti Wellness Center, enabling supervisors and HR managers to create working environments compliant with all Ethiopian labor laws.
